Umpqua Basin Water Association, Inc is a non-profit member based water district. It began in 1965 and is located in Douglas County, Oregon. UBWA serves the rural portion of Roseburg and parts of the UGB (Urban Growth Boundary) . We cover 100 square miles of area and currently have over 280 miles of water pipeline in the ground. The Association serves a population of about 9,200 people with over 3527 connections.

The water source for Umpqua Basin Water is the North Umpqua River which is one of the premier sources of surface waters in the State of Oregon. 

This web site was put together so that you as a member or as a potential member will be able to access information and answer all of your questions without leaving your home.
